摘要
在基于乘数理论及其5点假设的基础上推导出技术进步与高技术产业产出增长的乘数模型,并测度技术进步与北京高技术产业在不同外力作用程度下的有无时滞两种情况下的互推效应的理想乘数和实际乘数。研究结果表明:有无时滞两种情况下技术进步与北京高技术产业产出增长的互推效应效果显著;北京高技术产业整体上技术转化效率较高,其中航空航天制造业最为突出,但电子及通信设备制造业无时滞时的转化效率不足50%。
Based on multiplier theory and 5 assumptions,this paper derives a multiplier model of the interaction between technical improvements and growth of high-tech industry,and measures the ideal multiplier and the actual multiplier under different degrees of external force with or without time delay.The results show that:the interaction between technical improvements and growth of high-tech industry is remarkable with or without time delay;as a whole,it has high efficient conversion technologies in Beijing′s high-tech industry,especially in aerospace manufacturing industry,but electronic and communication equipment manufacturing has a lower efficiency,which is less than 50%.
