Analysis of the Effect of Technical Progress on Economic Growth in Inner Mongolia

在内蒙古经济快速发展中,技术进步起了多大的作用?针对这一问题,论文从生产函数的一般定义和全要素生产率的一般定义出发,借鉴索洛模型的基本思想构建包含技术进步因素在内的内蒙古经济增长模型,同时采用生产函数法和增长速度方程法,测量技术进步、固定资产投资、劳动力投入对内蒙古自治区经济增长的贡献率,并对测算结果进行分析与评价。

In recent years,the economy in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is growing rapidly,and the level of per capita income increases significantly.It has become a new bright spot in the western development.Compared with the traditional factors—capital and labor,the level of science and technology now is a key factor to promote sustainable economic development.Then how much has technical progress acted on the rapid economic development of Inner Mongolia？ Based on this,we used both production function approach and incremental rate equation approach to measure the contribution rate of the technical progress,fixed assets investment and labor input to the economic growth of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,then analyzed and evaluated the measurement results.We did this job by mirroring the basic idea of Solow model to build the economic growth model of Inner Mongolia including technical progress factor from the general definition of the production function and total factor productivity.
