天生全球企业形成驱动力:基于高新技术中小企业的实证研究 被引量:1

摘要 选取142家高新技术类天生全球企业为研究对象,构建出天生全球企业形成驱动力模型。研究结果发现:(1)创业企业家精神是天生全球企业形成的最关键驱动力量。它在直接驱动天生全球企业形成的同时,还通过组织网络关系和独特产品起着间接驱动作用。(2)独特产品是驱动天生全球企业诞生的最直接因素。它不仅对天生全球企业出现的直接驱动效应最大,还是创业企业家精神和组织网络关系两个天生全球企业形成驱动力的中介变量;(3)组织网络关系是天生全球企业诞生的重要驱动力量。 The purpose of this study is to describe the initiating forces of the born global firms.According to the analysis of the data from the 142 born global firms in Hangchou City,the study found:(1)the entrepreneurship is the key initiating force of the born global firms,which directly drives the emergence of the born global firms,as well as influences the born global firms indirectly by virtue of network and unique product;(2) unique product is the immediate driver of the born global firms,which not only plays the most important role in immediately driving the born global firms,but also leverages the impact from entrepreneurship and network;(3)network has an impact on the emergence of the born global firms.
