Analysis of Practical Work of Domestic Intellectual Property Rights Pledge

知识产权质押作为新型的金融融资工具目前受到国家和各级地方政府的高度重视,各省市陆续出台相关政策推动专利权质押融资业务的开展。论文试图从知识产权质押担保功能角度出发,结合各地知识产权质押工作的实际情况,分析当前知识产权质押工作存在的困境,进而提出相关的意见和建议。

Current national and local governments at all levels attach great importance to intellectual property rights of pledge,a new type of financial financing instruments.Provincial and municipal governments have introduced policies to promote the pledge by carrying out the franchise finance business.This paper attempts to analyze the functionality and security of intellectual property rights pledge throughout the actual working situation as a basis for further study.The paper also analyzes the current plight and provides corresponding suggestions and countermeasures.
