摘要
提出并构建广义上的煤炭循环经济园区即复合型煤炭循环经济园区,定义复合型煤炭循环经济园区的基本构成要件并设计相应的循环模式;剖析我国在发展煤炭循环经济园区的过程中所依然面临的诸多挑战;设计当前和今后一段时期,我国煤炭循环经济园区的培育机理。
The definition,the constitution,and the design of the cycling mode of the composition coal circular economic industrial district have been given first of all in this paper.Then the challenges in the construction of the composition coal industrial district are also pointed out distinctively.Last but not the least,the cultivation mechanism of the composition coal circular economic industrial district currently and henceforth is designed.
