白沙灌区管理自动化系统研发与思考

摘要 河南省白沙灌区管理自动化研究经过近20年的探索和完善提高,灌区已建成集现代信息技术、计算机技术、地理信息技术为一体的灌区管理自动化系统。通过融合属性数据和空间数据,该系统实现了对灌区基本情况、统计资料、空间信息、相关报表的快速查询和分析,做到了地理信息与数据库信息的关联查询,为灌区管理部门决策提供了科学依据和便利条件,有效提高了灌区管理水平和效率。 The research and development of the automation system for the Baisha Irrigation District of Henan Province were nearly 20 years' exploration,and a site-specific automation system as a result of the integration of modern information,computer and geographic information technologies has been built up in the locality.By merging attribute data with spatial data,the system has been able to give access to the query about and analysis of district information in general,the statistics,the spatial information and relevant forms,and to the query about the association of geographic information with database information.The achievements are many folded.Briefly,the system has facilitated decision-making,enhanced management efficiency and promoted the realization of paperless office.Meanwhile,the system has boosted the rapid development of rural economy in the district by generating considerable social and economic benefits.
