氨法烟气脱硫过程中(NH_4)_2SO_3溶液吸收NO_x的特性研究 被引量:7

摘要 为研究电厂湿式氨法烟气协同脱硫脱硝过程中的主要吸收剂(NH4)2SO3溶液与烟气中的NOx之间的反应特性,在小型双搅拌反应釜系统中,基于双膜理论对(NH4)2SO3溶液与NOx间的气液吸收反应进行研究。实验结果表明:随气液相搅拌速度和温度的增加,不同NO2/NO之比下的NOx的吸收速率都相应的增加,而随着O2含量的增加,NO2的吸收速率会不断降低,NO的吸收速率却会不断增加,这主要由于O2的存在涉及到NO和SO32?的同时氧化。另外,由于气相中SO2的存在对NO2和NO的吸收速率都有一定的促进作用,因此氨法同时脱硫脱硝技术具有可行性。 In order to investigate the reaction between (NH4)2SO3, the main absorption solution, and the gas-contained NOx during the process of ammonia-based flue gas desulfurization and denitration for a power plant, the absorption of NOx into (NH4)2SO3 solution was studied in a double stirred tank reactor. The results indicate that the absorption rate of NOx were increased with an increase of gas- and liquid-stirring or the temperature, moreover, with an increase of 02 content, the NO2 absorption rate was reduced and NO absorption rate was increased. The present of SO2 had the promoting effect on the absorption rates of NO2 and NO, therefore, it had the feasibility of simultaneous removal of SOa and NOx in the process of am-based wet flue gas desulfurization (WFGD).
