灯盏细辛和灯盏花素注射剂致不良反应文献分析

Literature Analysis of Adverse Drug Reactions Caused by Erigeron breviscapus and Breviscapus Injection

目的:探讨灯盏细辛和灯盏花素注射剂所致不良反应(ADR)的一般规律和特点,促进临床合理用药。方法:对国内1999年1月-2010年12月医药期刊报道的应用灯盏细辛和灯盏花素注射剂所致的ADR进行统计、分析。结果与结论:2种中药注射液所致ADR累及多个器官/系统,临床表现多样且以变态反应为主;临床用药时应密切观察患者的情况,应重视中药注射剂的ADR。

OBJECTIVE： To explore the regularity and characteristics of adverse drug reactions caused by Erigeron breviscapus injection and Breviscapine injection. METHODS： Adverse drug reactions caused by E. breviscapus injection and Breviscapine injection reported by domestic medical journals during Jan. 1999～Dec. 2010 were analyzed statistically. RESULTS CONCLUSION： Adverse drug reactions caused by 2 kinds of TCM injections involve multiple organs and systems. There are diverse clinical manifestations, mainly allergic reaction. The situation of patients should be closely observed during clinical treatment. We should pay attention to the adverse drug reaction caused by TCM injection.
