Content Determination of Mangiferin in Qingfei Yihuo Pills by RP-HPLC

目的:建立清肺抑火丸中芒果苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Diamonsil-C18柱,流动相度为在乙腈5.1-0～.25%1.0磷μ酸g·水m溶L-液1范(围13内∶8与7)峰,流面速积为积1分.0值m呈L·良m好in-线1,性检关测系波(长r=为02.95989n7m),;进芒样果量苷为平均10加μL样,回柱收温率为为359℃9.6。%结,R果S:D芒=果0.苷54检%(测n=浓6)。结论:该法精密度、稳定性、加样回收率和重复性均能满足定量的要求,可用于清肺抑火丸的质量控制。

OBJECTIVE： To establish the method for the content determination of mangiferin in Qingfei yihuo pills. METHODS： RP-HPLC method was adopted. The chromatographic column was performed on Diamonsil-C18 column. The mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid（13 ∶ 87）. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength was 258 nm. The injection volume was 10 μL and the column temperature was 35 ℃. RESULTS： The linear range of mangiferin was 5.1～51.0 μg·mL-1（r=0.999 7）with an average recovery of 99.6 % （RSD=0.54%, n=6）. CONCLUSION： The precision, stability, recovery and reproducibility of the method are up to the requirement of quantitative determination. It can be used for content determination of Qingfei yihuo pills.
