摘要
目的:为完善高职高专药学类专业教师教学质量评估体系提供参考。方法:从数理经济学的角度,对高职高专药学类专业教师教学质量评估的原则、方法和指标进行研究,并通过对指标体系定量和定性分析,建立数学模型。结果与结论:经过数理经济学多元线性方程矩阵得到的综合评估结果更加科学、规范、公正、合理,能够准确量化高职高专药学类专业教师教学水平的高低,有利于教育主管部门找出教师教学存在的问题和差距,帮助教师提高教学水平和教学质量。
OBJECTIVE: To provide reference for the improvement of higher pharmaceutical professional teaching quality evaluation system. METHODS: The principal, method and index of higher pharmaceutical professional teaching quality evaluation were studied in terms of mathematical economics. Mathematical model was established through indicators system quantitative and qualitative analysis. RESULTS CONCLUSION: Through the multiple linear equations matrix of mathematical economics, the comprehensive evaluation results will be more scientific, standardized, fair, and reasonable, and can accurately quantify the teaching standard of pharmacy teachers in higher vocational school. It is conducive to education authorities to identify the problems and gaps, and to help teachers improve the teaching level and teaching quality.
