农作物Pht1家族磷转运体蛋白的生物信息学分析 被引量:6

摘要 以AtPT1所编码的氨基酸序列做为检索序列,通过对GenBank NR数据库以及EMBI、DDBJ、PDB数据库进行检索,发现小麦、大麦、玉米、水稻和番茄等植物中具全长cDNA的33个Pht1家族磷转运体基因,包括马铃薯1个,苜蓿5个,辣椒3个,茄子2个,烟草2个,番茄2个,菜豆1个,玉米4个,大麦2个,小麦1个,水稻7个,大豆2个和木薯1个。利用生物信息学分析,首次将Pht1家族磷转运体基因保守特征序列确定为GGDYPLSATIMSE。对检索到的33个Pht1家族磷转运体蛋白进化关系分析表明,与AtPT1亲缘关系较近的双子叶植物磷转运体蛋白是木薯MePT1和GmPT2,关系较近的单子叶植物磷转运体蛋白是OsPHT8和OsPHT12。 Totally 33 genes with complete cds related to crop Pht1 Phosphate Transporters protein family were identified in wheat,barley,maze,rice and tomato etc.by bioinformatics analysis across GenBank NR,EMBL,DDBJ,PDB database.Among these genes,1from potato,5 from Alfalfa,3 from chili,2 from eggplant,2 from tobacco,2 from tomato,1 from kidney bean,4 from maze,2 from barley,1 from wheat and 7 from rice,2 from bean,and 1from alfalfa.Conserved characteristic sequence "GGDYPLSATIMSE" is first reported in crop Pht1 Phosphate Transporters protein family.Phylogenetic analysis showed that MePT1 was similar to AtPT1 with similarity of 79%,and OsPHT8 and OsPHT12 were similar to AtPT1 with similarity of 75%.
