摘要
以东方百合"元帅"(Acapulco)的鳞片为外植体,MS为基本培养基,研究不同浓度的植物生长调节剂对百合快繁体系建立的影响。结果表明,东方百合元帅"Acapulco"的最佳芽诱导培养基是MS+0.5mg/L 6-BA+1.0mg/L NAA或1.0mg/LNAA+0.2mg/L KT;芽的最佳增殖培养基是MS+0.5mg/L 6-BA+0.8mg/L NAA;芽的最佳增壮培养基为MS+0.5mg/L NAA+0.2mg/L KT。
With the scales of Oriental hybrids lily "Acapulco" as explants and MS as basic medium,the influence of plant growth regulators with different concentrations on the establishment of rapid propagation system was studied in this paper.The experiment showed that the best medium for adventitious buds induction was MS+0.5mg/L 6-BA+1.0mg/L NAA or 1.0mg/L NAA+0.2mg/L KT.The media of shoots proliferation and shoots sturdiness were MS+0.5mg/L 6-BA+0.8mg/L NAA and MS+0.5mg/L NAA+0.2mg/L KT,respectively.
