开放存取环境下网络文献分布特征研究——以中国科技论文在线首发论文为例

Research on the Online Literature Distribution Characteristics in the Open Access Environment

对中国科技论文在线首发论文进行数量和质量分布的实证分析。在数量分布方面,首发论文的发表数量主要集中在少数几个学科,学科的分布很不平衡;在质量分布方面,越来越多的参与开放存取的学者愿意加入到星级评定这种质量评定模式中来,而且星级评定的结果也趋于稳定。目前制约中国科技论文在线首发论文发展的主要瓶颈因素是开放存取这种出版模式还没有得到广大科研工作者的认可。

This paper gives an empirical analysis of the quantitative and qualitative distribution of the papers published for the first time on the China＇s Scientific and Technical Papers Online. From the quantitative distribution aspect, the number of the papers published for the first time mainly focuses on a few subjects, and the distribution of the subjects is quite unbalanced. From the qualitative distribution aspect, more and more scholars who participate in open access prefer to choose the quality evaluation model of star evaluation, and the results of the star evaluation tend to be stable. By now, the main bottleneck factor which restricts the development of the papers published for the first time on the China＇s Scientific and Technical Papers Online is that the publication model of open access has not been recognized by vast number of scientific researchers.
