基于产业竞争情报的产业风险预警体系构建研究

Research on the Construction of the Industrial Risk Early Warning System Based on Industrial Competitive Intelligence

从我国产业风险预警的现实需要出发,将产业竞争情报理论引入产业风险预警体系建设工作中,从运作机制、组织体系、制度保障3个方面提出产业风险预警体系建设的有关思路,搭建了产业竞争情报风险预警运作机制的基本理论框架,提出可行的产业竞争情报风险预警体系的运行模式,构建了由多方共同参与的产业风险预警制度保障体系。

Proceeding from the practical requirement of the industrial risk early warning in China, this paper introduces the theory of industrial competitive intelligence into the construction of the industrial risk early warning system, puts forward the relevant ideas about the construction of the industrial risk early warning system from the perspective of the operating mechanism, organizational system and guarantee system, and establishes the basic theo- retical framework of the operating mechanism for industrial competitive intelligence risk early warning. The paper proposes a feasible operating model of the industrial competitive intelligence risk early warning system, and con- structs a guarantee system for the industrial risk early warning system participated by various parties.
