How to effectively manage and use scattered knowledge resources on the semantic level is a problem faced by knowledge-based enterprises. Based on the status quo of research on distributed knowledge management, this paper integrates semantic web with P2P network, applies it in knowledge management, and proposes a model of distributed knowledge management based on semantic P2P networks. The paper describes the knowledge retrieval process and functions in detail, and constructs a technical platform for the implementation of the model, which provides-powerful support for high efficiency and high quality distributed knowledge management.
