社区图书馆是社区文化的重要设施,公共图书馆应将其作为图书馆服务功能的延伸,积极参与到社区文化建设当中去,使社区图书馆的管理水平和服务水平更上一个台阶。分析了我国社区图书馆的现状及存在的问题,并指出构建社区图书馆的方法和途径。

Community Library is an important community and cultural facility that public library treats it as an extension of library services,and by which it gets actively involved in community cultural development and leads to the management and service improvement of the community library.The paper analyzes the current situation and the problems of community library and then point out the ways and means to build community libraries.
