Determination of Ferulic Acid in Danggui Tablets by RP-HPLC

[目的]建立当归片中阿魏酸含量的RP-HPLC测定方法。[方法]采用反相高效液相法,以阿魏酸对照品作为内部标准品测定自制当归片中阿魏酸的含量。[结果]阿魏酸在8.341.6μg/ml范围内呈现良好线性关系,加样回收率为99.9%,RSD=0.51%（n=6）。[结论]高效液相法操作简单、准确、重复性好、精密度高,可作为当归片的质量控制方法。

[Objective] The aim was to establish a method for determining the content of ferulic acid in Danggui tablets by RP-HPLC.[Method] With ferulic acid as the control standards,its content in Danggui tablets was detected by RP-HPLC.[Result] Ferulic acid showed a good linear relationship in the range of 8.3-41.6 μg/ml with the addition recovery rate of 99.9% and RSD of 0.51%（n=6）.[Conclusion] RP-HPLC method was simple and accurate with good repetition and high precision,which was suitable for the determination of Danggui tablets.
