摘要
血浆低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平被认为是心脑血管疾病发生的主要危险因子,低密度脂蛋白受体对维持体内胆固醇稳态以及对调节肝脏对低密度脂蛋白胆固醇代谢方面发挥重要作用。运动可以上调低密度脂蛋白受体的表达,可以降低血浆低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平,降低心脑血管意外的发生率。该文主要对运动上调低密度脂蛋白受体基因表达的可能机制进行综述。
Plasma low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-c) level is considered as the major risk factor for cardiovascular disease. Low-density lipoprotein receptor plays an important role in the maintenance of cholesterol homeostasis and the regulation of liver metabolism of LDL-C. Exercise can increase the expression of low density lipoprotein receptor and results in plasma LDL-c level' s decreasing. So the incidence of cardiovascular accidents is reduced. The possible mechanisms which exercise raised low density lipoprotein receptor gene expression were reviewed in this paper.
