摘要
[目的]建立同时测定北五味子中3种木脂素成分(五味子甲素、五味子乙素和五味子酯甲)的分析方法。[方法]以甲醇和水为流动相,采用等度洗脱对标样以及供试品进行分离,并且通过标准品以及保留时间进行定性。[结果]五味子甲素、五味子乙素以及五味子酯甲分别在0156.0、0138.0、0120.4 mg/L范围内呈现良好的线性关系,检出限分别为0.202,0.204,0.338μg/L。[结论]该方法操作简单,分离效果好。
[Objective] A method was developed for simultaneous determination of three lignans(schisandrin A,schisantherin B,deoxyschizandrin,) in Fructus schisandrae chinensis by high performance liquid chromatography.[Method] Methanol and water was applied as mobile phase with isocratic elution.The samples were separated and qualitatived by standard through retention time.[Results] There were good linear relationships between the peak area and concentration for the three lignans,and the linear range for which were 0-156.0,0-138.0,0-120.4 mg/L respectively.The detection limits for the three lignans were 0.202,0.204,0.338 μg/L respectively.This method is easy and sensitive.[Conclusion] The efficiency of separation and the results of determination were satisfactory for the real samples.
