摘要 暴露在自然环境中的石质文物因遭受物理、化学、生物等因素作用,表层结构风化腐蚀、污垢横生,使得原有价值丧失,甚至处于濒危境地。作为一种新型的石质文物保护方法,细菌在石质文物保护中的应用受到越来越多的国内外专家学者的重视。笔者综述了近年来细菌保护石质文物的研究进展,并对细菌保护机理及其应用前景进行了探讨和展望。 Surface structure of an exposed historic stone is subjected to deterioration and weathering action influenced by various physical,chemical and biological damage factors,which generated the loss of original value and even in endangered condition. As the new method for rocky historical relic protection,the application of bacterium in rocky historical relic protection had attracted more and more attention by domestic and foreign experts and scholars. This paper summarized the research progress of bacterium in rocky historical relic protection and bacterial protection mechanism and prospects were discussed.
