摘要
[目的]为植物油品质的改良提供参考,同时为稻米资源的开发利用提供理论依据。[方法]利用气相色谱法对津川2号、盐丰-47、中作-93、E-28、津原-45稻米品种(系)中脂肪酸组成及含量进行分析。[结果]稻米品种(系)中脂肪酸主要为棕榈酸、油酸和亚油酸,其中盐丰-47油酸含量最高为35.7%,而津川2号亚油酸含量最高,达到43.1%。[结论]5种稻米的不饱和脂肪酸含量均较高,具有较高的营养价值和开发前景。
[Objective ]The research aimed to provide a reference for the improvement of the quality of oils, and provide a theoretical basis for the development and utilization of rice resources. [ Method ] Using gas chromatography, tanking Jin ChuanⅡ, Yan Fung47, Zhong Zuo-93, E-28, Ji Yuan45 as materials,the fatty acid composition and content of fatty acid in five rice varieties (lines) were analyzed. [ Result] The fatty acid were mainly palmitic acid,oleic acid and linoleic acid. Oleic acid content of Yah Fung47 was up to 35.7%, and linolenic acid content of Ji Chuanll was the highest, reaching 43.1%. [ Conclusion ] The contents of unsaturated fatty acids of five rice varieties (lines) were higher, and the had a high nutritional value and development prospects.
