Study on Three in One Cultivating Pattern of the Rural Community Public Utilities Management from the Perspective of Coordinative Urban-rural Development

在分析我国农村公共事业管理人才现状及培养农村公共事业管理人才的重要性的基础上,提出了构建高校培养、远程教育和基层党校培训三位一体的农村社区公共事业管理人才培养模式。

Based on the analysis of the status quo of rural community public utilities management and the significance of management talent cultivating of public utilities,the ＂Three in One＂ training mode was constructed which include higher education,distance education and primary party training.
