摘要 为研究粗煤泥水力分级分选一体化设备的分选性能,制定了系统设备的试验方法步骤,并对试验原煤样进行筛分实验分析,判断原煤样的粒级分布及分选性能。根据试验运行参数和试验步骤,对煤泥浓缩旋流器、TBS分选机溢流和底流进行取样并做筛分试验分析。得出该试验设备通过上升水流的作用可实现不同粒级煤泥的分级分选结论。 In order to study the separation performances of the separation integration equipment for the hydraulic grading of the coarse slime, the steps of the experiment method for the system equipment was set up, the screening experiment analysis was conduced on the raw coal samples and the particle grade distribution and separation performances of the raw coal were judged. According to the experiment operation parameters and the experiment steps, the sampling and screening analysis were conducted on the overflow and bottom flow of the slime cyclone and TBS separator. The with the upward water flow role, the experiment equipment would have a grading and separation of the different particle slimes.
