摘要
针对风电场机组之间物理距离远、维护难度大等特点,设计了以ARM7和以太网控制芯片ENC28J60为平台,具有TCP/IP通信功能的风电场状态监控方案。给出了以太网接口的设计电路、网络协议栈的实现方法和程序总流程图,并进行测试实验,实现了远程PC对传感器数据的实时监测。实验结果表明,该系统能使用户方便的监控风电场的运行状态,从而有效地保护机组,避免设备过多的损坏。
In present, the distance between the wind generator is long and maintenance is difficult. Based on ARM7 and Ethernet Controller ENC28J60, a condition monitoring program for wind farms with TCP/IP communications functions is designed. The designed circuit of Ethernet interface, network protocol and the software flow are designed. In the experiment, remote PC realized real-time monitoring of sensors. The results show that the system enables users to easily monitor the wind farm operations, so as to effectively protect the wind generator, to avoid excessive equipment damage.
