摘要
目的: 通过醋酸洗必泰与茜素络合物的显色反应来测定洗必泰栓中醋酸洗必泰的含量。方法: 用721 型分光光度计, 利用分光光度法测定洗必泰的药物含量。结果: 在乙醇—丙酮介质中醋酸洗必泰与茜素络合物发生显色反应, 反应产物的λm ax= 535nm , 表观摩尔吸光系数为127×103 L·m ol- 1 ·cm - 1, 相对标准偏差为07% (n= 6), 药物浓度在20~100m g· L- 1 范围内呈线性关系。结论: 本方法操作简便, 条件易于控制, 灵敏度较高, 对药物的测定结果令人满意。
