摘要
图书馆知识社区基本呈现出虚拟社会生活与交往功能、知识管理功能和知识学习功能。其构建要从技术和社会规则两方面入手,其管理策略包括:明确目标、争取组织的认可和支持、发掘社区领导角色、逐渐扩大社区规模、保持社区成员的兴趣和参与度、建立社区评价机制、建立有效的激励机制、与现实社区结合。
On the basis of introducing library knowledge community＇s functions,this article elaborated the construction model of the community technology platform and the social construction method,and proposes community＇s eight management strategies.
