摘要
[目的]建立了一种用高效液相色谱测定联苯肼酯的定量分析方法。[方法]采用CN HPLC液谱柱,以甲醇-乙腈-水(体积比20∶28∶52)为流动相,流量为1.0 mL/min,柱温为25℃,选择230 nm为检测波长进行检测。[结果]方法的线性相关系数0.999 95,标准偏差为0.29,平均回收率为99.89%。[结论]该方法具有简便、快速、分离效果好、精密度和准确度高、线性关系好的特点。
A HPLC method was developed for the quantitative determination of bifenazate.[Methods] The mobile phase was a 20∶28∶52 mixture of methanol,acetonitrile and water,flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,and a CN column was used with column temperature at 25 °c and the detection wave length was 230 nm.[Results] The linear correlation coefficient was 0.99995,the standard deviation was 0.29,and the average recovery was 99.89%.[Conclusions] The method has the advantages of convenience,fast speed,good separation,high precision and accuracy,and good linear correlations.
