摘要
[目的]评价高效氯氰菊酯在柑橘园环境中的残留动态和环境安全性。[方法]2009—2010年进行了2%高氯?啶虫脒乳油在柑橘上的残留试验。样品经乙腈提取,浓缩净化后,用气相色谱仪带电子捕获检测器检测,外标法定量。[结果]2年3地结果表明:在湖南省、福建省及广西壮族自治区土壤中的半衰期分别为1.7-2.4、1.7-2.9、1.8-3.4 d;在柑橘中半衰期3.4-6.0、3.4-4.9、3.3-3.9 d;收获的柑橘中高效氯氰菊酯的残留量均未检出。[结论]推荐剂量施药2-3次,2%高氯?啶虫脒乳油在柑橘上使用安全。
In order to study dissipation dynamics and environmental safety of beta-cypermethrin in citrus farms ecosystem.[Methods] The field trials on the dissipation and final residue of beta-cypermethrin·acetamiprid 2% EC were carried out in Hunan,Fujian and Guangxi province during 2009-2010.The samples were extracted with acetonitrile,concentrated and cleaned up,determined using GC equipped with FPD and external standard method.[Results] The results showed that the half-lives of beta-cypermethrin are 1.7-2.4,1.7-2.9 and 1.8-3.4 d in soil while 3.4-6.0,3.4-4.9 and 3.3-3.9 d in orange of Hunan,Fujian and Guangxi province during two years,respectively.[Conclusions] No beta-cypermethrin residues were detected at harvest season.In conclusion,beta-cypermethrin·acetamiprid 2% EC is safe in orange at recommended dose.
