国外机构知识库（IR）联盟构建模式研究

在文献调研的基础上,跟踪国外IR联盟相关研究项目及实践活动,确定IR联盟构建模式的主要内容,从IR联盟的构建目标、政策框架、组织管理方式、构建流程等四个方面,对相关层面的子模式进行详细阐述分析,以期为我国IR联盟构建和发展提供可参考框架。

Based on the foreign literature of institutional repository network,this paper follows up the research projects and practices of foreign IR network,and confirms the main content of constitutive model of IR network.It elaborates the correlative subschema from the aspects of construction target,policy framework,organization and management model,and building process,aiming at providing reference for domestic development
