摘要
[目的]九里香具有广泛应用价值,研究了精油的抑菌活性及成分。[方法]超临界CO2萃取九里香精油,以生长速率法测定精油的抑菌活性,利用气相色谱-质谱法进行成分分析。[结果]质量浓度为0.5 g/L的九里香精油对供试病菌有较好的抑制作用,对香蕉炭疽菌和芒果炭疽菌的EC50值分别为0.2611、0.2677 g/L。鉴定出20种化合物,其中主要成分为n-棕榈酸(28.76%)、1-(1,5-二甲基-4-己烯基)-4-甲苯(22.38%)、N-(1-甲基-3-氧-亚丁基)-4-甲氧基苯胺(20.11%)。[结论]九里香对炭疽菌有较好的抑菌活性,具有进一步研究的价值。
Murraya paniculata has broad application value in pharmaceuticals and agrochemicals,the antifungal activity and components analysis of essential oil of M.paniculata were studied.[Methods] Essential oil was extrated by supercritical CO2 fluid extraction,the antifungal activity was determinated by using growth rate methods,and components were analyzed by GC-MS.[Results] The essential oil of M.paniculata showed excellent antifungal activity at 0.5 g/L.Especially,the EC50s were 0.2611 and 0.2677 g/L against Colletotrichum musae and C.gloeosporioides,respectively.20 compounds were identified by GC-MS.The major constituents of essential oil were n-hexadecanoicacid(28.76%),1-(1,5-dimethyl-4-hexenyl)-4-methyl benzene(22.38%) and N-(1-methyl-3-oxobutylidene)-4-methoxyaniline(20.11%).[Conclusions] The essential oil exhibited very good antifungal activity against Colletotrichum,which was important to further research and develop.
