Pregnancy complicated by hematological diseases such as anaemia, thrombocytopenia and leukemia can lead to prenatal or postnatal hemorrhage of pregnant woman. Obstetricians should collaborate with hematologist on the guardianship of pregnant woman and make a proper treatment and health care plan so as to ensure the normal development of the fetus, reduce or avoid hemorrhage in pregnancy.
