居民宠物喂养中安全与卫生知识干预效果评价

Evaluation on Intervention of Security and Hygienic Knowledge among Residents of Keeping Pets

目的通过对社区居民宠物喂养中的安全与卫生知识宣教提高喂养宠物的认知程度,使犬类养殖许可证持有率及宠物疫苗接种率上升。方法随机抽取徐汇区凌云街道喂养宠物家庭100户(每户主要喂养人员1名),对100名宠物喂养人员基本情况及宠物喂养中安全、卫生知识、持证与疫苗接种等情况进行问卷调查,采取干预措施(集中宣教、个别指导、录像、版画宣教,小册子宣教),干预前后的认知程度与行为方式进行统计学的处理与评价。结果社区居民对宠物喂养中卫生知识认知程度干预前后差异有显著性(χ2=78.66,P<0.001);持有犬类养殖许可证干预前为30.0%,干预后84.0%(χ2=52.28,P<0.001)差异有显著性;干预前的疫苗接种率33.0%上升至86.0%(χ2=44.64,P<0.001);医疗处理率干预前为25.0%,干预后为93.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=61.49,P<0.001)。结论通过干预能够提高社区居民正确喂养宠物的卫生知识认知程度,提高犬类养殖许可持有率、疫苗接种率与医疗处理率。

Objective To enhance the cognition,vaccination coverage and permission for keeping pets through propaganda of security and hygienic knowledge among s resident in Xuhui District.Methods One hundred families of keeping pets were randomly selected in Xuhui District and questionnaire survey was done for security the hygienic knowledge,holding permission,inoculation of pet.And intervention（propaganda,guidance,video recording,board picture propaganda,booklet propaganda）,was carried out and results were analyzed by statistic measure.Results There were significantly differences in pet health knowledge（χ2=78.66,P0.001）,possess of permission（χ2= 52.28,P 0.001）,vaccination rate（χ2 = 44.64,P 0.001）,medical treatment rate（χ2=61.49,P0.001）in feeding pets before and after the intervention.Conclusion The intervention can improve the Community residents＇ health knowledge of the correct feeding pet awareness,increase possess of dog permission,vaccination coverage rate for the pets.
