摘要
目的了解绍兴市初中生心理健康状况,为心理健康教育提供依据。方法在绍兴市某初中3个年级各随机抽取2个班,应用中学生心理健康量表(MSSMHS)以问卷方式对心理健康状况进行调查。结果调查的306名学生中,心理问题总检出率30.39%,其中轻度29.08%,中度及以上1.31%。男女生间总均分及各因子异常率无显著差异;但人际关系、情绪不平衡(P<0.05),抑郁、焦虑、学习压力、适应不良及总均分异常率存在统计学显著差异(P<0.01),且随年级升高逐渐增加。结论绍兴市初中生的心理健康状况相对良好,可有针对性地加强中度及以上心理异常者心理干预。
Objective To Learn more about mental health status among middle school students in Shaoxing to provide the basis of mental health education.Methods Two classes from three glades in a middle school were randomly selected and questionnaire survey was conducted with the middle school students' mental health scale(MSSMHS).Results Among the 306 students,30.39% of them have mental problem and 29.08% of which have slight mental problem and only 1.31% with medium mental problem or above.There are on significant differences between girls and boys in abnormity rate of total data and factors,but have significant differences in human relationships,emotional imbalance(P0.05),depression,anxiety,study stress,maladjustment and abnormity rate of total data(P0.01) by statistics,and which increase by grade elevation.Conclusion The mental health status of middle school students in Shaoxing is better,we should strengthen mental health intervention for the students with the medium mental problem or above.
