Reflections on School Running Characteristics of Newly-built Universities

新建本科院校作为近年来本科高校的新生力量,正在不断壮大和发展,形成鲜明的办学特色,在高等教育史上具有重要的现实意义。文章论述了新建本科院校形成办学特色的必要性,并以全国第一家改制高校浙江万里学院为例,对新建本科院校办学特色内涵、办学特色形成过程中面临的问题及发展作了简要分析及策略思考。

The unique characteristics of school-running plays a crucial part in the survival and development of newly-built universities which are emobodied in the viewpoint changing,the improvement of schooling aim,practising the innovation,undertaking key tasks and trying to create a new model.This article briefly analyzes the school-running characteristics of newly-built universities by examining Zhejiang Wanli University,which is the first institution serving as a pioneering model of reformation of higher institutions in China,and reflects and discovers ways to form its characteristics of the university management.
