茶色素治疗消化性溃疡合并幽门螺杆菌感染的疗效研究

Clinic Study on Eliminating Helicobacter Pylori by Tea Pigment

１００ 例消化性溃疡（ Ｐ Ｕ） 并 Ｈ Ｐ 感染者，采用茶色素加抗酸剂治疗，结果与抗菌素治疗的对照组比较。结果： Ｈ Ｐ 根除率为９６ ％ ，一年复发率为２ ％ ，皆显著优于对照组（２８ ％ ）（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０５ ～０ ．０１） 。治疗组治疗前后血液流变和微循环均有显著性改变（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０５） 。表明：茶色素对 Ｈ Ｐ有较好的抑制和根除作用，对消化性溃疡有较好的疗效，并对其改善微循环，增强免疫和胃粘膜的防御能力有一定作用。

cases of peptic ulcer with HP infection were discussed and the treatment of Tea Pigment combined with PPI was compared with that of Antibotic combined with PPI.It is demonstrated that the rate of eliminating HP was treatment group's 96%.Recurrence rate of HP infection in one year:treatment group 2% and control group 28% (P<0.05～0.01).There was significant difference in hemorrheology before and after the treatment group was treated (P<0.05).It proved that tea pigment resulted in inhabitation and eradication.It improved the microcirculation,strengthen the deefnse of immunity and gastric mucous tissue.It's of beneficial study on eliminating HP in the treatment course of gastric ulcer.
