摘要
以埃德加.沙因的组织文化理论为基础,分析珠三角4所代表性高职院校的人文素质教育现状。从学校办学理念、人才培养目标、管理制度、人文素质课程开设、讲座开展、校园文化活动等维度分析人文素质教育的实施情况。提出了理念的校本培训与凝练、管理制度规范化改革、人文师资校内培训与校外聘请专家学者相结合、校园文化活动"数量"与"质量"并举等建议。
This Report is based on Edgar Schein's organizational culture theory.It investigates four vocational college's humanistic education in the Pearl River Delta.It analyzes the implementation of the humanistic quality education in the vocational colleges from the perspective of educational philosophy,training objectives,management system,design of humanistic curriculum,seminars,and campus culture.The report puts forward some suggestions for the implementation of the humanistic education in the vocational colleges,including the concept of school-oriented training,reform of the management system,combination of humanistic teachers training with employment of experts and scholars outside the colleges,and management of the quantity and quality of the cultural activities on campus.
