摘要 由于IECⅠ级机型性能不能满足超Ⅰ类风区的要求,因此以IECⅠ级机型塔架的结构为基础,对其进行了再设计,并利用有限元方法,对再设计后的塔架的静强度、模态、稳定性进行了分析。分析结果表明:再设计后的塔架的强度、固有频率和刚度均满足要求;以满足强度、频率特性和刚度为约束条件,以减轻重量、降低成本为目标的塔架的再设计是可靠的。 Due to unsuitability of the IECⅠwind turbine for the superⅠClass wind area,the redesign of the tower is conducted based on the structure of the IEC tower.With the finite element method,the redesigned tower's stress and inherent frequency and buckling model are obtained.The results show that the structure of the redesigned tower could satisfy the requirements of the strength,the frequency and the stability.It is reliable that the tower is redesigned by taking the strength,the frequency and the stability as constrains,and with weights and costs reducing as objectives.
