摘要
采用氢化物发生—原子荧光法测定沼液中砷的含量,研究不同消解体系对测定结果的影响。采用不同的消解体系消解不同发酵程度的沼液样品,建立了不同沼液中砷的适宜分析条件。该方法检测限为0.051μg/L,回收率为97.5%~103.2%,结果令人满意。
The content of arsenic in biogas slurry samples was determined by using hydride Generation-Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry.The influence of different digestion systems on the test results had been studied.Different digestion systems had been used for the biogas slurry samples at different fermentation extents,the suitable conditions for the analysis of arsenic in different biogas slurry samples had been set up.The results showed that the lower limit was 0.051 μg/L,the recovery range was 97.5%~103.2%.The method has the satisfactory results.
