A modified synoptophore apparatus using semireflective mirror and its application in measurement of AC/A

目的 :探索一种可用于临床测试的简便可行的双眼分光同时视装置 ,评价这种装置在AC/A测定中的应用。方法 :自制分光式验光镜架和双眼分光同时视装置 ,作 2 3只正视眼AC/A的测量 ;同时运用直接法、同视机法作AC/A测定 ,运用直接法作AC/A测定时一并作 1/ 3米反应调节的测定。结果 :①双眼分光同时视法测定所得AC/A高于直接法 ,而直接法所得AC/A高于同视机法 ,三者差别有意义 (F =8.15 ,P <0 .0 5 ) ;②直接法 1/ 3米反应调节不等同于刺激调节。结论 :双眼分光同时视装置是一种可靠而又简便可行的AC/A测定装置 ;

Objective:This study was designed to find a convenient and adaptable procedure for the measurement of the AC/A ratio and to evaluate the reliability and practicability of a modified synoptophore with a semireflective mirror.Methods:We built a modified synoptophore,including a refractive frame with a semireflective mirror.AC/A ratio of 23 emmetropia volunteers were measured.We directly measured the AC/A ratio and 1/3 meter accommodative response at the same time.In addition,we measured AC/A ratios with a regular synoptophore.Results:The AC/A ratios measured with the modified synoptophore with the semireflective mirror were higher than with direct measurement.Analysis of variance indicatied that the 1/3meter accommodative response with direct measurement was significantly different from stimulus accommodation (F=8.15,P<0.05).Conclusion:The modified synoptophore apparatus with semireflective mirror is a reliabile and adaptable method for measuring AC/A ratios.Direct measurement of the accommodative response may not be reliable.
