缩宫汤治疗子宫肌瘤月经异常(气虚血瘀型)初步研究

Preliminary Study of Abnormal Menstruation Suffered HysteromyomaTreated with Suogong Tong

为了研究缩宫汤对子宫肌瘤月经异常(气虚血瘀型)患者的作用及其机制。观察了40例患者治疗前后经量、经期的变化,并测定血浆TXB_2、6-keTo-PGF1a浓度。结果缩宫汤止血有效率为82.5％,除6-keTo-PGF1a外,TXB_2、T/K均显著高于正常对照组(p<0.01)。缩宫汤治疗后,除6-ke-To-PGF1a皆有显著降低(p<0.01),T/L趋于正常。提示调节血栓素A_2(TXA_2)、前列环素(PGI_2)平衡失调可能是缩宫汤止血作用机制之一。

To study of abnormal menstruation with type of qi deficiency and blood stasis suffered hys-teromyoma treated with Suogong Tong (SGT). The menstruation and period of 40 patients were observed before and after treatment,the serum TXB2 and 6-keto-PGFla were also determined. The results showed: the total effectiveness rate of arresting bleeding by SGT was 82. 5% , the content of both TXB2 and T/K was significantly higher than that of control group (p<0. 01) except 6-ke-to-PGFla. After the treatment, 6-keto-PGFla was markedly decreased while T/K recovered to normai. These indicated that the regulating the balance of TXA2 and PGI2 may be the mechanism for SGT to arresting bleeding
