老年人贫血的研究进展

Research progress of anemia in the elderly

随着我国进入老龄化社会,老年人贫血成为应给予极大关注的公共卫生问题。贫血可以导致老年人体能和认知功能下降,住院率、死亡率增加以及生活质量下降。老年人贫血的病因复杂多样,常见的原因是慢性病贫血、营养缺乏性贫血和不能解释的贫血。老年人贫血的发病率不断增加,应当引起临床的高度重视。

Anemia in the elderly is an important public health problem which more attention should be paid as China entered the aging society.Anemia can decrease physical performances and cognitive functions;it can increase rates of hospitalization and mortality,and affect the quality of life.Causes of anemia in this population are complex and multiple, common reasons of anemia in elderly are chronic disease,nutrition deficiency and unexplained anemia.We must pay great attention to the anemia in the elderly because of the increasing incidence of anemia in the elderly.
