Determination of strychnine in Yuanmingdan Pills by RP-HPLC

目的:采用反相高效液相色谱法测定元明丹中士的宁的含量。方法:采用DIONEX C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),乙腈-0.3%三乙胺溶液(磷酸调pH=2.6)(9∶91)为流动相,流速:1.0 ml/min,柱温:30℃,检测波长:254 nm。结果:士的宁在0.405 6～2.028μg(r=0.999 7)范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率(n=5)为100.6%(RSD=1.3%)。结论:本方法灵敏、简便、准确,可用于元明丹的质量控制。

Objective： To develop an RP-HPLC method for determination of strychnine in Yuanmingdan Pills.Methods： With a DIONEX C18 column（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm） at 30℃,acetonitrile-0.3% triethylamine in water（adjusted to pH=2.6 with phosphoric acid）（9∶91） was used as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min,and the detection wavelength was 254 nm.Results： The linear range of strychnine was at 0.405 6-2.028 μg（r=0.999 7）,the average recovery（n=5） was 100.6%（RSD=1.3%）.Conclusion： The method is sensitive,simple,accurate,it can be used for the quality control for strychnine in Yuanmingdan Pills.
