整体化护理干预在子宫切除术患者中的应用

Holistic nursing intervention in the application of hysterectomy patients

目的:探讨整体化护理干预对妇科子宫切除术患者的影响及效果。方法:采取2008年1月～2011年1月在我院行子宫切除术患者36例,将患者随机分成两组,即观察组和对照组,每组各18例。对照组患者采用常规护理方法,观察组患者则在术前、术后进行整体化护理干预。对两组患者的下床活动时间、术后住院时间、住院总时间、发热时间、切口愈合时间、疼痛指数、排气时间、睡眠质量、心理情绪评分、干预前后HAMD评分等方面进行比较。结果:观察组患者在下床活动时间、术后住院时间、住院总时间、发热时间、切口愈合时间、疼痛指数、排气时间、睡眠质量、心理情绪评分等方面均优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者干预前HAMD评分为(15.23±1.11)分,干预后HAMD评分为(18.23±1.11)分,二者比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:整体化护理干预在子宫切除术患者中的应用效果显著,临床可以广泛应用并推广。

Objective： To explore the holistic nursing intervention on the influence and effect of hysterectomy patients.Methods： 36 cases of patients with hysterectomy in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,18 cases of every group.The control group was treated by conventional nursing methods,the observation group patients were treated by holistic nursing intervention over the operation.We compared the hospitalization situation,postoperative recovery situation and pain index,psychological mood scores,HAMD scores of the two groups.Results： The observation group in activity time down the bed,postoperative hospital stays,hospital stays,fever time,incision healing time,pain index,exhaust time,sleep quality,psychological mood scores were better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.The HAMD score of the observation group was（15.23±1.10） before the intervention,and it was（18.23±1.11） after the intervention（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The effect of holistic nursing intervention in the application of hysterectomy patients is salience,can be applied extensively and promotion.
