急性心肌梗死患者主动脉内球囊反搏术后并发症预防的护理体会

Nursing care comprehension of preventing postoperative complications of intra-aortic balloon pump(IABP) in acute myocardial infarction patients

目的:探讨急性心肌梗死患者主动脉内球囊反搏术后并发症的预防与护理。方法:对20例行主动脉内球囊反搏术后急性心肌梗死患者做好球囊护理,加强循环系统监测,预防并发症。结果:该组患者手术成功,能减少并发症发生,得到较满意的护理效果。结论:主动脉内球囊反搏为心脏辅助循环装置,护士在术后的观察及护理显得尤为重要,可预防并减少并发症的发生,是IABP治疗成功的保障。

Objective： To investigate the prevention and nursing care of postoperative complications of intra-aortic balloon pump in AMI patients.Methods： Nursing care was well the balloon of intra-aortic balloon pump in 20 AMI patients postoperative,strengthened circulatory system monitoring,and prevented complications.Results： Operations of these patients were successful,complications were decreased,the better nursing efficacy was approved.Conclusion： Intra-aortic balloon pump is assisted circulation of heart,post-operation observation and nursing care are very important,could prevent and decrease the occurrence of complications,guarantee the success of IABP.
