摘要
目的:调查临床护理工作对高职护生批判性思维能力的要求,为今后教学改革提供依据。方法:对143名临床护理老师应用自设问卷,依据批判性思维的7个方面对临床实习高职护生的批判性思维能力进行评价。结果:临床护理教师认为在临床护理工作中,高职护生的批判性思维能力更为重要的方面分别是具备推理和判断的基础知识、推理和判断能力、自觉运用批判性思维的习惯。结论:在今后的教学中,继续加强对学生批判性思维能力的培养,依据临床工作的实际需求精心设计和有效实施,摸索出适合高等职业护理教育的批判性思维教育模式。
Objective: To investigate the requirements of critical thinking ability in clinical practice among h vocational nursing students and to provide theoretical bases for future teaching innovation. Methods: 143 clinical nu faculty were investigated by applying the self developed questionnaire which was used for evaluating students' cr thinking ability in clinical nursing practice. Results: Basic knowledge of inference and judgment, ability of inference judgment as well as habit of applying critical thinking were identified by clinical nursing faculty as the core elements critical thinking ability. Conclusion: In order to explore the teaching model of critical thinking for higher vocation nustudents, nursing educators should put more efforts on fostering nursing students′ critical thinking ability, deliberately design teaching and learning process and put into practice effectively.
