科研收益预期对高校教师非伦理行为的作用机制 被引量:13

The Influence of Scientific Research Prospective Earning on College Teachers' Unethical Behavior

摘要 非伦理行为是指不符合公平正义或违反伦理规范的行为。高校教师的非伦理行为包括教学非伦理行为和科研腐败行为。调查显示,教师过于注重科研会导致教学非伦理行为,科研收益预期过高也会带来科研腐败行为。基于教师科研能力的差异,高校教师的科研腐败行为决策博弈可以分为能力"双低"模式、能力"双高"模式和能力"低—高"模式三种模式。在这三种能力模式中,科研预期收益对高校教师的科研腐败行为具有不同的作用机制和外在形式。 The unethical behavior is defined as unqualified justice behavior or violating ethical norm behavior. University teachers' unethical behaviors include teaching unethical behaviors and research corruption behaviors. This paper explored the internal mechanism ot university teachers'unethical behaviors with game theory perspective. Teachers may have the teaching unethical behaviors because of paying more attention to research according to the investigation. Based on the difference of individual research ability, the research corrup- tion behaviors of university teachers can be summed up into three modes, such as "double low" ability mode, "double high" ability mode and "low-high" ability mode. Under the three mode situation, the internal mechanism of research prospective earns on university teachers' research corruption behaviors are difference.
