党员老龄化现象在中国、尤其是在农村地区是一个十分突出的问题,它不利于加强和改善党的领导以及巩固党在农村的执政地位。目前,中国农村地区的党员老龄化现象表现为范围广、老龄党员比例偏高等方面。正确认识和分析这些现象,找到问题背后的原因并采取切实可行的措施,已经成了当前的一项十分重要的任务。

Party phenomenon of aging in China,especially in rural areas is a very prominent issue,which does not help strengthen and improve the Party＇s leadership and consolidate the party＇s ruling status in the rural areas.Currently,Older members in rural China showed a wide range of phenomena,such as the high proportion of older members and so on.Correctly understanding and analysis of these phenomena,to find the reasons behind the problem and take practical measures,has become a very important current task.
