摘要
动机是学习的基本心理因素之一,是英语学习成败的关键。在大学英语教学中,影响学生英语学习动机的因素除了教师因素外还有学生等多因素。有针对性地采用适当的教学策略和措施,利用一定的诱因,激发和保持学生的英语学习动机。
Motivation,a critical factor of English learning,is one of the basic mental factors.Besides teacher＇s factors,there are students factor and other factors which contribute to English learning,respective teaching methods can be adopted to enhance and maintain students＇ motivation.
