摘要
综述了近年来关于前丘脑参与痛觉调制的有关研究,证明丘脑中央下核腹外侧眶皮层导水管周围灰质组成一个痛觉调制通路,通过激活脑干下行抑制系统在脊髓和三叉神经水平调制伤害感受性输入。该通路在针刺兴奋细纤维产生的镇痛中起重要作用。
Recent studies were reviewed on a role of the forebrain and thalamus in nociceptive modulation. It was revealed that a pathway consisting of the thalamic nucleus submedius ventrolateral orbital cortex periaqueductal gray was involved in modulation of nociception and might play an important role in analgesia produced by acupuncture evoked inputs of the small afferent fibers. Activation of this pathway depressed nociceptive inputs at the spinal and trigeminal levels via the brainstem descending inhibitory system.
