人白细胞DR抗原和第Ⅷ因子相关抗原在骨肉瘤血管内皮细胞中的表达

Expression of class Ⅱ major histocompatibility antigen and factor Ⅷ related antigen in vascular endothelial cells in osteosarcoma

目的：检测骨肉瘤血管内皮细胞中人白细胞 Ｄ Ｒ 抗原（ Ｈ Ｌ Ａ Ｄ Ｒ）和第Ⅷ因子相关抗原（ ＦⅧ Ｒ Ａｇ）的表达，及其对骨肉瘤生物学行为的影响。方法：应用 Ｈ Ｌ Ａ Ｄ Ｒ和 ＦⅧ Ｒ Ａｇ 单克隆抗体对８０ 例骨肉瘤进行免疫组织化学染色。结果：骨肉瘤血管内皮细胞几乎不表达 Ｈ Ｌ Ａ Ｄ Ｒ，而 ＦⅧ Ｒ Ａｇ 呈高表达。结论：骨肉瘤血管内皮细胞主要表现为凝血功能而几乎丧失免疫功能，其与骨肉瘤的转移和预后有密切关系。

Objective: To study the expression of class Ⅱ major histo compatibility antigen (HLA DR) and factor Ⅷ related antigen (FⅧRAg) and the biological behavior of vascular endothelial cells of osteosarcoma. Methods: Immunohistochemical method was used in 80 cases of osteosarcoma to observe the expression of HLA DR and FⅧRAg with their monoclonal antibodies. Results: FⅧRAg was strongly expressed in the vascular endothelial cells of osteosarcoma but HLA DR was absent or only faintly expressed. Conclusion: The vascular endothelial cells of osteosarcoma participate in blood coagulation but not in immunoregulation, which is closely related with the metastasis and prognosis of osteosarcoma
